Baseline Netlify extension 公開

Netlify 向けの Baseline 拡張が公開。実際のユーザー環境でサポートされている Baseline ターゲットを可視化できる。拡張は Netlify のコントロールパネルからインストール可能で、数日間のデータ収集後、各 Baseline ターゲット（2015 年以降や Widely/Newly など）のサポート状況を確認できる。Browserslist や Stylelint、ESLint など他ツールとの連携も想定。

#VSCode の Baseline 表示

VSCode Insiders が Baseline CSS/HTML 機能のツールチップ表示に対応。CSS や HTML の構文にホバーすると Baseline 対応状況が即座に分かる。

#Baseline に基づいた Stylelint によるチェック

ESLint の use-baseline ルールと同等ルールを追加するstylelint-plugin-use-baselineが公開。Baseline ステータスに基づいて CSS 機能の使用状況をチェック可能。

#ESLint use-baseline ルールの年指定などのサポート

ESLint use-baseline ルールが更新。

  • 「newly」と「widely」だけでなく年指定が可能に
  • リント対象としてセレクタをサポート
  • color-mix や conic-gradient など多くの CSS 関数もサポート
  • ESLint の recommended config で warn に設定

#Browserslist クエリを発行できる browserslist-config-baseline

Baseline ターゲット（Widely/Newly/年指定）を Browserslist クエリに変換できる browserslist-config-baseline がリリース。PostCSS や Babel などのツールチェーンで Baseline 基準のターゲット指定が可能になる。

Hi there. I'm hrdtbs, a frontend expert and technical consultant. I started my career in the creative industry over 13 years ago, learning on the job as a 3DCG modeler and game engineer in the indie scene.

In 2015 I began working as a freelance web designer and engineer. I handled everything from design and development to operation and advertising, delivering comprehensive solutions for various clients.

In 2016 I joined Wemotion as CTO, where I built the engineering team from the ground up and led the development of core web and mobile applications for three years.

In 2019 I joined matsuri technologies as a Frontend Expert, and in 2020 I also began serving as a technical manager supporting streamers and content creators.
